A web-based karyotype ideogram generator for genomics research. Upload cytoband, copy-number, gene, and translocation files to produce publication-ready chromosome diagrams in linear or Circos-style circular layouts. Supports Wakhan CNA and Severus SV VCF formats natively; band data auto-syncs from the NCBI cytogenetic repository daily. Exports at print resolution in PNG, PDF, TIFF, and more — no account or installation required.
Built with Claude CodeActively developed and kept running with Claude Code, including a full UI overhaul and a from-scratch infrastructure recovery after a server failure — both written up on the blog.
